As a Managed Services customer, you work with an assigned Strategic Marketing Consultant (SMC) who acts as your agent for each program. Here are some of the benefits you will receive through your assigned SMC:

  • Performance Monitoring – Your SMC will perform ongoing, in-depth analysis to understand the performance of each site in your program, as well as your categories and products.
  • Product Bidding/Suppression – Your SMC will manage and create product suppression lists on your behalf in addition to establishing the bid rates per product/category.
  • Shopping Engine Selection – Your SMC serves as your agent and will recommend which destination sites you should advertise with, making recommendations for change as applicable, based on performance results.
  • Strategy Planning – You will have regular weekly or bi-weekly calls with your SMC to discuss the progress on your established goals. You will meet face-to-face at least once per quarter to review and update your goals and plans.
  • Product Data Maintenance – Your SMC works in concert with our operations teams to perform ongoing analysis and maintenance of your product data and any associated data feeds to ensure maximum performance across your selected destination sites and programs.
